Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged a 50% fee of the service booked.
No-shows are also subject to the 50% fee in addition to the forfeited deposit.
Late Policy-
There is a 10-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled and treated as a late cancellation/no-show, and the above fees will apply.
